Situated right next to a major interstate street, comes with many limiting factors: noise, pollution, obstructions (power lines, trees) , etc. Furthermore, the premise of this project is to stimulate congregation and revitalize the existing empty field. To counteract the limiting factors, the project is set within the ground and draws from is context by continuing the grid and by forming two "nodes" of congregation (largest spaces of program). Furthermore, this project takes advantage of an inhabitable roof that reinforces the idea of congregation and activity. Prioritizing the program based on the conditions of the site: location and orientation of the spaces are crucial.
